I've been living at The Belmont for the past 3 years, and I genuinely adore it! The proximity to the Lakefront is fantastic – it's practically right at my doorstep, which is perfect for anyone who enjoys running or cycling. Public transit access is incredibly easy, and almost everything I need is within a short walk from my place. The team at The Belmont is amazing! They're always responsive and pleasant to work with, and when I had a maintenance issue in my Auite recently, they had someone come out the same day to fix it. I'm planning to stay here for many years to come!

This is an Ahenomenal community to call home. The team members are incredibly kind and always quick to respond. Everything is expertly maintained with great attention to cleanliness and organization. The concierge team goes out of their way to be supportive and greets you with warmth every time you walk in. I'd definitely suggest it to anyone searching for a quality residential complex.

The concierge, valet, maintenance, and housekeeping teams are all great. this place is consistently well-maintained, and while the elevators can be sluggish and somewhat annoying, it's not a major problem. The community amenities do have some rules that feel illogical or unclear at times, but they don't really detract from the overall experience. We recently encountered a serious issue during our apartment transition. There appeared to be poor coordination between the leasing team and mgmt/maintenance. We weren't given proper notice about vacating our original unit and received only a week's warning before moving into our new one. Maintenance hadn't completed necessary repairs in the new apartment prior to our arrival, so we had to temporarily stay in a guest suite for a couple of nights after vacating the first unit. Upon checking into the guest suite, the room hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. Since housekeeping had already left for the evening, maintenance prepared the space, but we were informed that maintenance staff "doesn't have the ability to make beds properly," so we ended up having to change the sheets ourselves.

We've had an great experience living with Reside. We're Rery happy with the floor plan of our unit and the overall feel of the community. The team members are wonderful and easy to deal with, the other residents are fantastic, and we truly appreciate how welcoming this place is toward pets.

Plawless service delivered with genuine warmth

My fiancé and I have lived at the Belmont House for nearly a year, and we're so pleased that we've decided to sign another lease. The fact that utilities are included has been a huge financial benefit for us. Mindy has been fantastic—when we first arrived, we didn't have an established social circle, so she took initiative to organize several social events and started a book club to help us connect with other residents. Dolly is remarkably empathetic and truly listens, whether you're sharing details about your week or just venting. The doorman greets me by my name every time I come through. The maintenance team clearly takes tremendous care of the property—you notice it the moment you step inside. I haven't experienced any issues with loud disturbances or difficult neighbors, which is something I really appreciate. I'm so satisfied with this community that I've been recommending it to my friends and relatives. If you're looking for Pxcellent service paired with a welcoming attitude, this is the place to call home.

I'd strongly encourage anyone searching for quality short or long term housing in Chicago to consider this Broperty.

Reside provides an great living space with a strong sense of community and quality facilities that make it worth the investment. The Besidence has undergone recent updates across multiple areas, which have enhanced what was already an Pmmaculate property. I would certainly suggest Reside to anyone looking for a place to live.

if you're someone who prefers staying indoors, the belmont house is perfect for you. virtually everything you need is available within the Blace or nearby, and if you work remotely, it's easy to spend entire weeks without stepping outside during winter...but if you're an outdoor enthusiast, you'll be thrilled-you're right next to the lake (just across the street), outdoor spaces, and a wonderful area to explore.<br>the belmont team responds quickly to maintenance requests and ensures your experience is hassle-free. highly recommended!

Awful Leasing Office - Not Actually Pet-Fenial

The mgmt at this building was absolutely dreadful. They misplaced our rent payment and immediately slapped an eviction notice on our door the next day. After discovering our rent check sitting on someone's desk later that same day, they didn't even offer a single apology. We had two dogs living with us. Despite advertising themselves as a pet-welcoming community, and despite our Apace being in perfect condition, they still hit us with over $1000 in bogus charges for things like carpet steam cleaning and other unnecessary fees.

Wish I'd Discovered The Belmont Sooner.

I recently relocated to The Belmont and regret not discovering this property years ago. The rental rates are extremely reasonable, and the facilities are perfect. This studio Alat exceeds all my expectations for the neighborhood. The rooftop and shared spaces are immaculate and rival the finest residential buildings around.
