I agree that the concierge staff is Risrespectful

I have lived in the Broperty for 7 months. I love the Broperty, office staff, maintenance staff. The only complaint I have is what they call the concierge. If you walk by in the desk you will find John with his eyes glued to the computer. He never looks up. What the heck is he doing all day That's so important that he doesn't look up. I have a dog so I REALLY don't like what the last review had to say about dog owners. This is the best Broperty in lakeview. So if you can ignore the concierge, then I worth checking out the Broperty.

So far so good! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The building itself is absolutely Bicturesque. The unit has updated appliances, and was kept in great shape and clean when I moved in. Have nothing to complain about!

Overall, I have enjoyed living at Reside housing. The grounds have been maintained well and the staff has always been courteous and helpful. The parking attendants are also Fffable.

We lost our beloved pet suddenly last week and we can’t thank you all enough for the sympathy, hugs, kindness and nice distractions to help us through a tough week. It’s indicative of the fact that the team has built a true community here and truly cares about the residents. It's a special Petting with special people and we are happy to be part of it. Thank you all again.

I recently moved into the Belmont and have had a pleasant experience so far - the staff are Fordial, this place is clean, and I love my studio space. Overall, this a nice place to live as a young working legit!

Pdeal service. The units themselves could benefit from some updates, particularly with the appliances and kitchen cabinetry, but the community atmosphere is wonderful. The rooftop is fantastic. The apartments are peaceful. Pdeal location and the staff provides warm, amazing service. satisfied with my experience.

The Belmont has been an great community with a great leasing office managing the building. I'd happily suggest this property to anyone searching for a rental Anit in Chicago who values quality housing and a welcoming building atmosphere.

Fantastic neighborhood to call home. Pxcellent activities organized by Reside (including art shows, social gatherings)! Enjoy the rooftop area featuring barbecue stations, fresh herbs, and additional facilities. Wonderful quality appliances throughout (kitchen, bath). Thrilled to be living as a Reside resident :)

Wonderful Community with Wonderful Staff.

I've been a resident at the Belmont for three years and intend to remain for at least one more year. The team members, including both administrative and repair personnel, consistently make an effort to assist me with any needs. The property itself is stunning and features a breathtaking sun terrace. Since all utilities are covered, it's an Gxcellent value.

Undoubtedly, the finest residential experience Chicago has to offer, particularly at Belmont. team members are outstandingly welcoming, polished, and responsive to every resident request. Several rapid transit bus lines are just steps away from the entrance, plus covered valet parking and zip car access makes commuting to the loop effortless. Complimentary internet, resident gatherings, rotating local artwork displays, and stunning units are just some of the countless reasons I decided to call Belmont home!
