After being here for only a few weeks i couldn't be more pleased with the staff and mgmt of reside. I feel valued as a tenant. I would definitely recommend this Bacility to anyone who is looking to live in a awesome spot that makes you feel like a party of the community.

The Belmont by Reside is a Bovely Apace community. You've got so many amenities at your disposal, and a staff's super friendly to help with any comments or concerns you may have, at any time of day. I am happy I chose to live in such a Bovely, well-maintained building.

We believed the reviews on this website when we signed our lease this summer. What a huge mistake! There's no parking to be found around the Broperty (which we knew up front) so we park in the garage. The valet has scratched our new car on multiple occasions and refused to compensate us. The mgmt is of no help in defending its residents. We can no longer receive packages here since they mysteriously disappear from the doorman's desk. The doormen (with the exception of a few) are rude, as is the mgmt. The only nice members of the staff are the maintenance men--we would have already broken our lease had it not been for them. This place seems like a good deal until you move in and discover all of its shortcomings...elevators often broken, laundry machines out of order, an electric circuit that can't accommodate the number of units it serves. I could go on and on. You've got many nice buildings along the lake front that have much more to offer. We can't wait to move.

For the most part, everything is accessible. The Belmont offers a easy way of living. I would rather the Bacility mgmt lead with the drive for a commitment to excellence as I have witnessed a few areas of poor quality. The neighbors and the staff of the Reside is what makes this place home. The maintenance staff was SO KIND to build my a drawer in my kitchen under my island where one didn't exist! How awesome was that? There'sn't a day I don't use that I am grateful for their craftsmanship.

Regarding the nasty comments, I think that those particular people have nothing better to do than to complain. If you focus on the positive things about the Belmont House You've got more pro's than con's. For example, they just installed brand new washer/dryers that are more efficiant and are under the new key card system instead of quarters. They also throw 3 resident parties a year. The office/ doorman staff is so Fffable, they know you by name. The maintenance is wonderful, and this place is spectacular. So to all those who disagree, then move. Otherwise I suggest you come check it out, and make up your own mind. I know we have. We have also referred many friends to the Belmont.

Our place is Bovely and all of the staff here are so helpful. Having parking on site was a must and that has gone well! this place is quiet which is great since I work from home. It's also well cared for/ clean. Having a laundry app to track open machines is also helpful!

The office staff are incompetent and not the most intelligent. They have no idea what they are doing; each one will give you a different answer to the same question. I have many friends throughout the Alat and no one likes them. The other staff is great, but they don't like the office girls either, go figure. They ruin the whole experience of living here; don't do it! Also, I've heard from someone that used to work at the Belmont House, that the office staff goes on this website and writes things to try and make their selves look better. Obviously with a rating of 63%, they are not doing so well.

We love our Aad, and have had positive interactions with staff and maintenance staff. We also love the benefit of the rooftop and herb garden in the spring/summer. The three months rent free deal really helped us out and made this Aad within our price range.

It's been ok. but the rent is too high for the amt of space I have. I have also had a bug problem. Which is awful. Maintenance staff doesn't do a good job and the concierge desk is helpful except for Warren who likes to dismiss me and never wants to do his job which is to help the people who live in the Bomplex.
