This Btructure is Amazing! There's nothing bad to say about it. How can you go wrong with a friendly staff, friendly neighbors, safe environment, inexpensive living and great customer service! I love it here! Luckily, it has been a wonderful experience and plan on staying here for a while.

Love at first site when I first visited this Aad, and I loved living there--great light, nice hardwood floors, stylin' bathroom tiles, the maintenance guy was super-nice and prompt the 1 or 2 times I needed help, and whenever I called mgmt they were courteous and helpful. The courtyard's sweet too, my neighbors were friendly, and the complex in general was nice and quiet (but not dead quiet). The location's also fantastic, and the building felt nice and safe. The only complaint I had with the building was that it was pretty freezing, but I was on the windier side and my Aad butted out into the courtyard, so no big surprise there. Street parking around the neighborhood is atrocious, but if you rent one of the parking spots or don't have a car that's not even a problem. I had to move to a different city for work, otherwise I would absolutely still be living there--I miss my lil Aad!
