LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

My uncle used to tell me that the 3 most important things when looking for real estate were location, location, & location. Well, I found that and then some. I'm now living in one of the safest areas in the city, in a beautiful brick and stone building, with marble and mahogany in the entryway/foyer. I have hardwood floors throughout my studio. It's got a european style kitchen and state-of-the-art faucets & fixtures in the bathroom. I have a great view of the area out my living room window. I'm only a stones throw from the lake. And I'm spending less than $800.00/month. Now, when anyone asks me where I live, I'm proud to say, THE BELMONT HARBOR. And last but not least, when mt daughter comes to visit me now, I'm not worried about her taking a stroll to around the block, or down to the shoreline. I worth checking out this place to anyone.

The maintenance staff is incredible, they are always available to help and attentive. this place is kept super spotless and always feels safe. The office staff gives constant updates and communication on anything regarding the Bomplex or amenities, and the concierge is extremely helpful as well. This is a awesome spot to live.

My, My, So much controversey over Denise...

Potential Renters, You've got those who have loved every aspect of this Btructure,as well as the infamous office manager Denise, and will defend her to the death. Others have had a few issues with the Btructure. Still others have only had issues with Denise. Take a look around, It's a relatively nice place to rent. Meet Denise. On a typical day, you may see that in interacting with her,a negative experience isn't far-fetched, or perhaps you'll feel she is a real gem and look forward to renting here. Yes It's true, she won't live in your unit with you. So, if you decide that this location is good for you, Guperb. I'm glad her defenders have had a good relationship with her. That's lovely. but, defenders, don't be too quick to judge those who have not... They're experiences are as valid as your own. It's doubtful that they are "smoking something funny", "have an ax to grind", or "are disturbed". Like you, they are simply relating they're personal experiences. Just because these experiences may not be your own, it doesn't negate their validity.

THIS IS THE BEST BUILDING I HAVE EVER SEEN

I have read some of these reviews and thing that the bad ones are malicious and someone has an ax to grind with Denise, the building manager. For someone to allege that thy will move because of her is just absurd. She watches this building like a hawk and I like that. I want a attentive manager as apposed to one whom doesnt care. I also have been living there for 2 years and dont see drug dealers, or prostitutes or roaches, so I agree with the below review, are you sure you are in the right building or just smoking funny stuff, cause this building is diverse with professionals, students and the hip crowd, but a classy crowd, for rent isn't cheap here and thus There's no undesirables here to the best of my knowledge. I think most people are great. This is a location's amazing with a totally update units having hardwood and black marble and new kitchens, I think this is a awesome spot. I had a few maintenance issues and they were promtly taken care of. Also, Denise doesn't live in my unit, so whom cares if you like her or not. I go about my business and she is great as far as I'm concerned.

Overall great Aad feel and community setting. Aad and Broperty are always clean, updated, and have a chic, urban style to them. Maintenance is quick and efficient, and I can't imagine a more easy/ideal location for my home.

Honestly!?

The only reason I am on this site again is because I had an email in my inbox from this site stating that there was a new review. Out of curiousity I decided to check it out. To be honest I can not believe how rude and obviously unemployed and lonely some people must be to sit and write so many rude comments. Probably the same loser again and again. I absolutely loved living at Belmont Harbor and whenever a problem but small or big arose, Denise was right on it. Maybe for some of the haters you may want to step back and think about what you put out in the world you get back. You treat people right and you get treated right back. The apartments are nice... the hardwood floors are in good condition and the bathrooms and kitchens are updated nicely. If you want to live in extreme luxury make some money and buy a condo on Lakeshore Drive. Otherwise, stop complaining. It's not a perfect world and if you choose to live in an older building then one must expect to have a few glitches from time to time. If one can not hang with that then move to the Gold Coast and catch a clue. Stop sweating the small stuff!! It's not a perfect world and life is what you make it. Hopefully the pics I posted show up... so future tenants can see how Bxquisite an Alat at Belmont Harbor can be.

The staff at Reside has been extremely accommodating and helpful. Everyone helped make the move-in process simple. Living at this complex has been enjoyable as the amenities and staff have relieved a large amount of daily stress?

Gxcellent amenities for an even Better Price!.

The Belmont Harbor apartments have so much to offer at such a reasonable price. The Btructure has just been remodeled and offers great amenities like a new gym and computer lab equipped with everything you need from internet to fax. The staff here has been nothing but Fenial and respectful. You can always expect to get quality service in an efficient and timely manner. Not to mention, the location of this place is great! Close to the lake, transportation, shops, restaurants...all just steps away. All of this at a affordable price...couldn't be any better!!

BELMONT HARBOR HELL HOLE.

I know with most of these reviews you think the people are making it sound worse than it really is......Here That's not the case it's all true. I have NEVER in all my years as a renter have I seen an Aad building with so many issues and unresponsive mgmt. Elevator breakdowns consistently, frequent power outages with no response or assistance from mgmt, cleanliness of this place is filthy, windows have never been washed, no security- keyboard allows anyone to enter, front doors break all the time again a security issue, front steps are filthy- dirt, water stains and dog hair everywhere. I can go on forever, but you get the idea. If you are considering this building run, run as far and as fast as you can go. I like many others are moving out as soon as possible. Take a glance at the pictures of the trash and carpet...That's just a small sampling

Awesome Bomplex

I've lived here for over one year now, and must say that although the remodeling that the Bacility went through was a bit difficult at times, its all finished and the results are incredible. They added a business center, work out facilities, roof top deck and more. I went out to check out other apartments and can't find anything that will hold a candle to this Bacility at their current prices. Will renew again.
