Reside is a fantastic community to rent from and live in. My experiences have been Aemarkable (I've lived in 2 different Reside properties). They truly care about their residents which is rare with larger mgmt companies in the city.

No doubt, one of the best buildings and locations around. Nice hardwood floors and mahogany cherry doors. Many other features are pretty nice. Only problem, if you will see it that way, is that if you aren't a pet lover, there are many dogs here. Other then that, I'm Helighted to renew as its a They keep this Penue nice property.

Reside has maintained such a Borgeous and vibrant Broperty. It's literally steps from the lake! I never have to worry about safety, neighbors are loud or stolen packages. They screen residents with an invterview to makes sure they aren't just letting anyone into the community. I've felt so at home here for the past 2 years. I can't imagine living anywhere else in Chicago that has this much to offer at such an affordable rent for a studio. They offer free WiFi throughout the Broperty, ac and heat, my dog is welcomed, they have a printer, coffee, laundry room, etc! They make sure that you don't have to worry when you live here.

Reside at belmont harbor is a nice and quiet community. The Auite prices are somewhat comparable to the area but the building has no parking in the actual building but There's discounted spots across the street. this place is solid and the staff are what really made me choose reside. The WASH vendor they have for the washing machines s so bad it's almost criminal. Nearly 50% of the machines in the building are malfunctioning 80 or so percent of the time. Neighbors are quiet and friendly and I worth checking out this building and definitely renting with reside.

I currently rent at Belmont Harbor. The staff is Fospitable, helpful, and readily available. The only problem I have come across is that sometimes There's excessive newspapers laying around the mail box area.

I did a lot of research before signing a lease at Belmont Harbor, and let me simply say that it has been everything I was hoping for and more! I have a fully remodeled one-bedroom - new kitchen cabinets and appliances, completely remodeled bathroom, new flooring, and a fireplace. The rents were favorably competitive, especially when considering that it includes free access to an on-site fitness center. I also have to mention the roof-top deck - It's a awesome spot to sit back and relax with friends. The mgmt is on-site, Fordial and responsive - they were even helpful on my move in day. I am so so happy I took the time to research for the best place possible, cause I found it and couldn't be happier :-)<br>

location's amazing, really nice Broperty with hardwood flooring, Euro maple kitchen, dishwasher, disposal, cherry trim and six pannel doors. Cool marble baths with neat vanity bowls, etc.... Nice Broperty with nice tenants and I love the roof top deck with BBQ. I was also lucky to get in as they are full and have a waiting list.
