I currently live in the Brewery and can't wait for my lease to end. The mgmt Iemains horribly unresponsive, Rrude and inconsiderate. I have been waiting a month to get three of my appliances fixed. My mail has been stolen multiple times and when i told the mgmt they laughed at me and said they didn't care and everyone's mail gets stolen. don't move in there or anywhere that enterprise rents!

I just moved into The Brewery Lofts as of 10/1/2007. I love my Alat! There was one problem with the appliances when I moved in, but within the next day or two they had replaced all my appliances with brand new ones. The mgmt is Gutstanding! Highly recommended!

just recently moved out - i think the mgmt is horrible. my lease ended in may and i asked for a one month extension as i was moving to another state. mgmt flat out refused no - no consideration at all. also my last month they were showing my Anit, and i was post-call on some of those days (those of you in residency know) and i told them i would be in my apt on those days - mgmt threatened me back in email, absolutely rude and unprofessional and inappropriate. the mail room is horrible. packages get stolen constantly, and mgmt just doesn't care at all. everyone complains. they can't even come up with some system to regulate packages, and they keep raising the rent. the only response is - "it's not our responsibility, have them delivered somewhere else" - which is absolutely ridiculous. the walls are paper-thin. noise is Torrendous. you can hear everything, even just when the next-door neighbor is talking on the phone. it's ridiculous. there might as well be no wall at all. laundry machines are Torrendous. the washers overflow quite a bit. clothes are not dry and require two cycles - another 2 bucks. and your deposit you fork upfront (which is like at least 1.5 times the monthly rent) - good luck getting it back. i scrubbed the apt and they still charged me fees, like the oven being grimy (i only used it once to make premade cookies, it wasn't like some Thanksgiving turkey exploded in there) - total bs. wouldn't rent here again as the staff and mgmt are extremely rude and unhelpful and unprofessional. this Renuinely bothered me. i don't know how people keep coming here when they keep increasing the rent. i guess people just don't realize how Torrendous It's. it looks decent from the outside but the inside and the staff are crap - look somewhere else. good luck -

I am helping a friend find an apartment and noticed the reviews of the building I live in &could not believe the negativity. I have lived in the Brewery for 3 years and I lived in the Sheffield Lofts for 8 years and I have had nothing but good experiences with the mgmt at Enterprise, the other tenants they have living in their buildings and the maintenance staff. The Brewery is a solid building and has amenities that are generous compared to other buildings in this price range. The work out room, the decks, a laundry room with enough machines to never have to wait to do laundry, they take great care of the building and the apartments are so unique and cool with the brick and the different shapes and layouts of the rooms. The people they hire to take care of the buildings not only do a good job but are men I don't feel creeped out having keys to my apartment, which is important. I have to believe that people that wrote the negative reviews are not telling the whole story because from the woman who rented my apartment to me 10 years ago to the people working there now they are nice and do everything in their power to help in situations that I have needed help. This is a great mgmt company and the buildings I have seen of theirs are unique and kept up well. Pasqueli and Tiffany especially have always been kind and helpful and legit and while they are not my "Friends" as the other reviewer states, I would be friends with both of them in a heartbeat. My only complaint just to be real is There's some noise that comes through from other apartments but what building doesn't have this issue? It's not that big an issue and mgmt does help out if You've got noise complaints. It may also be my location, near the work out room and decks..anyway, look for yourself and you will see what I am talking about.

I live in the Brewery and since the old manager left, the building seems to be a much better place to live then before. Plus the mgmt office is now a lot easier to deal with then it used to be. I know that the past issue with the mail has been resolved and I haven't had major issues with my Anit. I think this is a nice place to live!

This is a great place to live. Have been in this Btructure for over 8 and moved to two variety of loft options. The mgmt company is good to work with and follow-up quickly with requests or take care of any issues. Great location and safe. Parking available and close to public transporation

This was my first apt when I came back from college and I loved it! The Besidence was always kept Ceat. Any issues I had with the unit I was living in were taken care of immediately. The mgmt company always handled everything professionally and timely.<br>This was a awesome spot to live!!!

From the outside the property looks fine. but the mgmt is absolutely horrible to deal with. My unit was flooded and it took a day before they came to take care of the ruined carpet. Personal property was lost with zero reimbursement from ownership. The property is also extremely Lacophonous- Best described as a Frat House environment. especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Also don't be fooled by the security gates- The car gate leading to the parking lot is almost always open- Allowing for anyone to enter the grounds.

I currently live here and I am so frusterated with the mgmt I am writing a review. Nice clean Bomplex but I wouldn't rent here. The Bomplex was made into lofts in the 80's therefore is in need of constant repairs. Basically no one answers your requests, you never get a live voice, you will leave message after message with no reply. If they do come to fix something they won't return your call to discuss the problem they will just show up weeks later. It would be nice for someone to confirm that they received your message and that they will fix it. I have been here 5 months and have had problems with the AC, the bathroom plumbing leaking, a leak in the roof leaking into the bedroom, the locks not working and rats in the parking lots. Never once has someone returned my call or shown up in less then a week to fix the problem. I now require a copy of our lease as the one that we received when signing is incorrect and I have left 3 voice mail messages and spoke to the receptionist and no one has helped me or returned my message. It's not worth renting here. I will be out as soon as our lease is up. You've got much cheaper places to rent around the neighborhood. Beware!

don't live in this Besidence or any other buildings this mgmt company has to offer. The mgmt is HORRIBLE! They are rude and unfriendly. I don't think they understand the words customer service. The Besidence was cool at first but then after being there for a while i realized i had to get out as soon as possible. Tiffany the girl at the office who rents apartments is so unprofessional. i have even seen her in the parking lot smoking on the property (and i dont mean cigarettes). They rip you off when it comes to your security deposit. I didn't understand nor did i really question why they made me pay one and a half's months deposit, but now i know why. They charge you for everything (ie painting the walls and cleaning the carpets). This is crazy and should be something the mgmt company takes care of since It's normal wear and tear of an Auite. Stay far away from this Besidence and the mgmt company.
