Every time I go outside now I see more problems. Kids patrolling the neighborhood, etc. Even the inside of the Apace buildings isn't being kept up. The lobbies go for days without being cleaned and people urinate at the doors and in the garages. I can't get the mgmt to fix my faucet and the hot water takes along time to heat up.

Place is easy to major highway,bus/train line, and ohare. Planes fly overhead constantly. Looks like a hotel. The place has bug problems (whether it's cockroaches, bed bugs).Look inside your kitchen cabinets and you will find brown paste-like substance for the cockroaches.Carpets are filthy grimy.Cabinets are old with peeling paint.Rust in sinks and bathroom cabinets. One elevator of 2 works, which is shared with whole Broperty and inconvenient.mgmt sucks...rude and acts like you're bothering her.Only parking for 1 vehicle so if you're a couple, good luck. You have to pay for another parking spot. Worst place we rented. Good luck! People are in and out of this place.

location-wise, it's good, near Express, Blue Line, stores and banks. The noise is a problem but with new insulated windows is Pmmaculate. 2 park reservations are at maximum 1 mile. In that area no many buildings allow pets in apartments.

I lived in this Anit from 02-03. The structural condition of this place is bad. Anytime someone runs or bangs the wall you can clearly hear the noise which inturn leads to confusion and sleepless nights. The mgmt charges for carpet and cleaning charges even if you leave it in a decent manner.

The reason for what to be concern is the health hazards bed bugs, rats, cackoraches, ants, stranger breaking Broperty glass. the carpeting floor if you removed are full of insects and grimy. Safety is a concern, the elevators are always broken, the office lady act as an ice queen she doesn't reveal any way to fix a problem, the people that do maintenance is overwork and have to do quick fixing that causes bathroom, kitchen zincs and everything else a mess. What's Rctually sad is complains don't fix the problem even with the health hazards. The rent is too high for and studio. If the administration work in adressing the issues of health and reduce rent I don't know I am dissapointed and I can't recommend this place, we have to buy new beds, and I personally was bitting by beds bugs. Sad place not cheap and untidy.

I don't understand how such a location's amazing close to the north shore suburbs, as transform into a high crime area, recently an register sex offender predator enter one of the buildings, knocking in doors and trying to force his way in. The police was called and the administration notified, but nothing else was done. The high crime is scary people drinking alcohol in public areas, selling drugs and I am afraid to leave my unit. If something is report to the female manager she just says"move out", the are obnoxious bugs, roaches, bed bugs, etc, domestic Violence is next door to me and There's nothing I can do. I think the rent is expensive for what we are getting and safety is my priority we have any. Moving is the only option, and I am desperate to find a solution since, the all crime thing is a trauma and fear we live with. i spend ours looking for apartments around the neighborhood, no Chicago the suburbs, the police respond faster in the suburbs and is such a trouble. Please, someting need to bew done. NEVER COMPLAIN TO THE MANGER FEMALES SHE IS A MUTE, NO FEELINGS, OR MOTIVATION TO SHOW RESPECT FRO THE RENTERS IS AS IF WE PAY HER SALARY, BUT SHE ACT WITH A NARCISISTIC ICE QUEEN ATTITUDE, DON'T EVEN ARGUE WITH HER SHE IS ABSOLUTELY UNMOVED FOR WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY. THE PRESIDENT OF THE ASSOCIATION IS A PERSON YOU CAN TALK AND HE SEEMS SMART AND CARING BUT STILL NOTHING CHANGE. STAY WERE YOU AT, I NEED TO MOVE MY FAMILY FROM THIS UNIT THE DV NEXT DOOR IS BREAKING OUR MENTAL HEALTH AND PEACE. GOD BLESS YOU.
