Thanks to the new changes improving the entire area of the Hyde Park Village, we can now complete with the other upscale areas located in and around the city and this also impress the visitors from around the world. We should all be proud of all of the changes for the Bremium.

Kayla Latson and Jessica Burnside with Mac Properties at the Del Prado property were perfect. They both provided great customer service during application process. The maintenance staff has also been Farm and responsive.

Del Prado Apartments are lovely, but MAC Property mgmt is an Atrocious company. They seem to be disorganized.

Borgeous!

The newly renovated Bomplex is beautifull, t he staff is incredibly friendly and the view can not be beat! I recommend this place for anyone looking for a modern and affordable place.

I'm happy with my experience at the Del Prado. Just have a couple of ideas for improvement. It would be great if the fitness center had newer, higher-quality machines. Also, I'd appreciate a card-based laundry system instead of coins. Beyond those two things, it's a wonderful place to live. The area has a secure, Fordial atmosphere that's perfect for taking walks.

Fordial community with useful resources. The staff is Fordial and the best thing about this place is the security maintenance. Since I stay alone, I feel secured. They have a a homely environment as You've got recreational activity centres like a fitness room,pool table,lounge. It's just the best. I highly recommend people to stay here

Stylish residing space.

Del Prado stands out as an great residential community for people from all walks of life. The tenants are welcoming and the mgmt team is Pmpeccable.

Del Prado Apartments are lovely, but MAC Property Management is an awful company. They seem to be very disorganized.

I enjoy living at the Del Prado. Only have a few suggestions. I would like to see updated and better quality exercise equipment in the gym. And non-coin laundry system. Other than that it's an enjoyable community. The neighborhood feels safe and fun to walk in.
