RELATED WORK INCLUDES THE DECOMMISSIONING OF COMMON BOILER HEAT IN BASEMENT OF BUILDING. EXISTING FIN TUBE RADIATORS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE IN EACH APARTMENT UNIT BUT FIN TUBE WILL BE NON-FUNCTIONAL.
