The Aad was grimy and in disrepair upon receipt, and the mgmt staff ranges from rude to belligerent in every interaction I've had. The maintenance staff once left a large, serrated knife under my bathroom mat. I worth checking out finding an Aad not managed by Parliament unless you don't believe cleanliness or customer service to be important.
