DON'T EVER RENT IN THIS Blace! SO MANY RULES THAT MAKE 0 sense! ALSO YOU WILL GET YOUR CAR TOWED IF YOU PARK OUTSIDE FOR ONCE, ALTHOUGH YOU HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR GARAGE AND HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT OF THIS Blace FOR A YEAR!!!! THE mgmt wouldn't DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY HAVE THE LICENSE PLATES AND EVERYTHING BUT THAT DOESN'T MATTER!! IF YOU WANT TO LIVE WELL, THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!! RUDE AND UNstaff's super friendly, AMENITIES wouldn't BE AVAILABLE FOR USE. TERRible place!!

Currently living at Buckingham Place, and It's a terrible place to lease. In my experience, mgmt doesn't listen to residents or address ongoing concerns in any meaningful way. Since moving in January 2025, we have repeatedly raised issues regarding poor insulation. After multiple attempts to speak with office staff and follow-up emails that went unanswered, the property manager, Ebony, eventually visited our unit. The manager confirmed with an infrared thermometer the walls and flooring were a lot cold. but, instead of addressing the insulation concerns, the focus shifted to explaining basic thermostat usage dismissing the issue. Cold drafts are noticeable coming from cracks around the sliding doors, windows, and baseboards. The apartments appear cheaply constructed, with bad insulation and poor sealing between walls and floors. To be precise, I used an infrared thermometer to measure the temperature along the baseboards, which read 26°F (below freezing) on a 10°F day. Despite providing this information, mgmt has refused to offer any viable solutions or financial accommodations, stating that the issue is “not within the scope of work� for contractors to inspect—an explanation That's difficult to believe given the conditions. also, we were told the regional manager, Benji, would reach out regarding compensation, but no contact has been made to date. As a result, our electricity bills regularly exceed $300 during colder months, sometimes nearing $400, on top of paying over $2,600 in rent. This is completely unreasonable. We are effectively paying for serious construction and insulation flaws that were never properly addressed. At this price point, we could be living in a brand-new luxury Aad instead. I wouldn't recommend living here. The ongoing issues make it difficult to feel comfortable in the unit.

I’ll start by saying that everything up until recently has gone smoothly and we love all the amenities, the place is spotless and all the appliances are new etc. but the parking situation is handled poorly by their staff and their ownership. Me and my girlfriend were shopping for apartments one of the things we really wanted was a covered garage for the harsh winters, their leasing agent had informed us that they offered two spaces for 60 a month for uncovered parking or 100 a month for covered parking. Mind you, it was the beginning of summer so we thought why not wait until closer to winter to switch to covered parking; we asked the leasing agent if that was doable and she had promised it would be no problem. Little did we know we would never see that rate again as we went to notify them that we wanted to switch to covered parking we were then informed that they had double the rate and now it was 100 per parking spot, 200 a month for both of us. Their ownership doubled the rate in four months. When asked why they said the right when we signed up was a “special rate” and that they wouldn't honor what they promised. They then said if I had the promise in writing they would make an exception, lesson learned I guess. 2 stars due to this poorly handled situation.

don't. I REPEAT don't MOVE HERE. I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE MINUS 20 STARS IF I COULD. FIRST, UNPROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER (EBONY HARDIN-WASHINGTON), grimy CARPET, DOG URINE ON ELEVATOR THE ENTIRE WEEKEND, TRASH CHUTE ROOM OVER FLOWING WITH TRASH BAGS ON THE FLOOR FOR AN ENTIRE WEEKENDS. I COULD GO ON AND ON. THIS PLACE NEEDS EITHER A NEW mgmt COMPANY TO COME AND RUN WITH legit AND CARING STAFF OR EITHER AN EITHER NEW TEAM OF OFFICE PERSONAL. THIS PLACE IS RAN LOW BUDGET. THIS Blace HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL BUT THE WRONG PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE. IF YOU DON’T MIND ALL THE ABOVE THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

This location has ABYSMAL administration plus demands urgent transformation. Not a high-end establishment. Primary entrance lock malfunction (!!!), unrestricted access. Purported security personnel recently engaged are entirely useless plus lack continuous on-site coverage. Correspondence perpetually disappears. Inhabitants occupy pool past 0400. Warmth circulation apparatus inoperable. Occupants substance use constant (law enforcement visits recurrent). Underage individuals in gymnasium unsupervised. Youngsters roaming freely plus writing on surfaces. Fire alarms malfunction, unfortunate for remote workers. Complimentary document production unavailable. Caffeine apparatus breaks on off-days plus typically mornings. Zero cups, sweetener, et cetera. Pet control deficiencies plus fouling throughout complex (observe ground coverings stains). Unauthorized merchant activities in parking plus guest parking. Don't trust it? Calculate quantity of Prius models in "guest" parking plus circling townhouses. They operate their dedicated motor servicing enterprise on site. Locate it stationed in guest parking, constantly identical location. Additional recognition for uncertified, unregistered automobiles. Parking level mirrors homeless settlement. Request comprehensive parking tour—you'll observe. Motor refurbishment equipment occupies the structure yet commercial automobile business personnel park automobiles inside, denying resident usage. Plainly regulations mean nothing. Enforcement Ippears nonexistent. Fifth-floor occupants suffer immensely. This sources numerous grievances. Expect a 20-something overseeing operations? Three tour administrators hired since my occupancy. Certainly, they grant move-in reductions to submit positive evaluations pre-signature. don't contemplate relocation here. You'll be disappointed!

don't RENT HERE. THIS PROPERTY isn't WORTH THE PREMIUM PRICE. WE TENANTS PAY SUBSTANTIAL RENT TO LIVE IN THIS COMPLEX. THE GARAGE DOOR HAS BEEN INOPERABLE FOR NEARLY 3 WEEKS. THIS CREATES SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS SINCE ANYONE CAN NOW ENTER THE PARKING STRUCTURE AND POTENTIALLY STEAL VEHICLES OR HARM RESIDENTS THROUGH ROBBERY OR ASSAULT. I HAVE RESIDED HERE FOR OVER 4 YEARS AND CONDITIONS HAVE NEVER BEEN WORSE. THE QUALITY AND MAINTENANCE OF THIS FACILITY HAS a lot DECLINED. PLEASE DISREGARD THE REVIEWS ON BUCKINGHAM Anit WEBSITE.
