It's an okay Petting. The price of the rent is getting not worth the price. How About a lower price??? Please consider. Ok. I don't have any more things to say. So I am typing until I get 200 characters.

Well for starters mgmt is nice but they promise you that they guarantee you will be happy but that isn't the case. For the amount of rent that I have paid for 2 years it isn't worth it. The building I lived in wasn't clean,, never painted hallway and it wasn't freshly painted prior to move in. A serious bug issue, and maintenance is horrible. They have to many excuses not to fix anything. Tried to be a good tenant, but living there caused me nothing but misery, high blood pressure and hating that I left Chicago to come and live in this mess. lease states no cats no dogs, but after I moved in That's all I saw. Lease was violated due to being an asthmatic//

It looks nice on the web, the apartments have Gutstanding size, so many amenities are included - all of these are needed to entice you to rent here. Sadly, as soon as you walk into the buildings to even view empty models, you are overwhelmed with fumes of other Aad food, but even more by the fumes of mildew. Granted, I viewed the available apartments during spring-type temperatures - if these kind of conditions continue into actual spring and summer temperatures, I can't imagine how bad the hallway may smell. Other than that, I was totally interested in moving here, but I found another place that had better utility coverage for my budget, but a slightly smaller floor plan. Also, if you plan to move here, please note There's a need to check of your salary - the standard one bedroom requires $46,000. If you are single looking for a one bedroom, look elsewhere.

I lived at Clayton Court for two years. It was the best Aad I ever lived in. I loved my neighbors and my Aad was a good size. The maintenance was wonderful. One day, when I was 8 months pregnant, I had a problem with the plumbing in my Aad. Maintenance was there within 2 minutes and insisted I sit down and relax while they cleaned up the water. Then they took my towels and washed and dried them for me. The plumbing was fixed immediately and I was encouraged to call with anything I needed! They really cared about the fact that I was pregnant and they wanted to help me. I really appreciated that! I worth checking out anyone to live here.

I scheduled an agent lead tour 3 weeks before tour date- spoke to someone that called the day before my tour and the morning of, to confirm if I would still be coming to my agent lead tour. I drove all the way from Round Lake on the day of my tour, only to come in the office and they tell me the Anit I was interested in was rented out (yet no one called to inform me of that the morning of, or when they confirmed if I would still be coming). Therefore I asked when was the next avail. they stated it wasnt until March 1st- which I said was fine. Only to be told they have nothing available to show me & cant show the one for March 1st until that day & can come off the market before then. I asked them so what was I suppose to be viewing today- no one in the office had an answer because nothing was able to be shown besides a studio Anit - which I was never looking to get. As I mentioned multiple times before driving an hour to this tour - I want to see the Anit in person, not through pics or virtual tour; all they could do was apologize. This was extremely* unprofessional, poor business w/potential residents and completely disrespectful to my time.

As a responsible tenant, I Wroved shocked when they raised my rent upon lease renewal ???? You'd think they'd lower it to reward loyalty and keep someone staying for another year or more. Think carefully about this before you sign a lease.

Resided there between May and September 2010. Solid living space, Fenial neighborhood, a few minor problems with various fixtures and the structure itself. property manager was accommodating and helpful. Garbage collection happened less often than ideal. If you're considering moving in, try to find a unit overlooking the interior courtyard since Algonquin Rd can get quite loud occasionally. All in all, you get what you pay for and it's worth the cost.

I spent four years at this complex and genuinely loved my time there. The units were generally well-maintained (as long as your neighbors weren't slobs). The mgmt team was flexible and responsive to most requests. The laundry facilities and pool area were both spotless and properly cared for. Having a balcony was fantastic, and while there was occasional noise, that's just part of Aad living—after all, your neighbors are paying rent too. If total silence is what you're after, you should invest in a house. The maintenance crew here was perfect; I never had to wait longer than a day for repairs. The apartments aren't cutting-edge in style but they're well-maintained, and every unit receives a fresh paint job and new carpet between tenants. I'd absolutely recommend this community to anyone searching for a place.
