For better or for worse only angry residents write reviews. I wanted to stand up for a Gxcellent property. This past summer a mgmt company called Pinnacle took over and since their arrival things have been Gxcellent. The location can't be beat for this area - close to schools, park district facilities and public transportation. this place is kept up well and although I recently had a leaky faucet it was fixed the same day I call the super. this place is quiet and peaceful and the one obnoxious tenant was kicked out right away. Pinnacle has made a lot of improvements and I think this place is worth every penny I pay.

Pinnacle has taken over this property and they refuse to allow enough funds to fix problems. I have had a broken mail box lock since I moved in on 7/1/07 and it's now a year later. I have missing screens. We also have roaches because the mgmt didn't pay the exterminator. I have been without a working oven for a month, and now due to an incompetent maintenance, I have no cook top. So, I can't cook anything at all. They have paper in the hallways and broken windows in one of their hallways. Some hallways also have no lights at all and none of the hallway doors lock. It's easy for someone to come in the hallway and steal my mail from my broken mailbox. But, I'll be shocked if theydon't make sure the rent is collected. Ohh, they are always on time to collect rent. Well, I have a trick for them. I'm not paying rent until I get a working stove. This Pite is sad. Stay away at all costs.
