Mostly a great experience but there were some problems. The biggest one is HVAC issues. AC keeps breaking down and it took them 40 days to fix my issue, which wasn't even fixed completely. I had to finish up their work. This place is also a bit not worth the price for the area, specially the parking fees are crazy. No balconies is a bummer. But this place is new, nice equipment and decent amenities. Front desk/mail service can be hit or miss; there were times where I wouldn't have access to my mail for more than a week but lately, they seem to have addressed the issue. I wish the pool stayed open for longer. The staff are friendly except for some front desk staff occasionally. location-wise, it's decent with easy access to L train, buses, nearby parks and businesses. Parking can be troublesome if you have a car though. Overall, can't complain because all places have some issues. The only deal breaker for me was the HVAC issues but now That's fixed for me, so I am happy with my experience currently.

I went to that building thinking I had an appointment there but it was a mistake on my end. The lady name Malana at the front desk was so welcoming, helpful and kind. We were both confused about the situation but she didn’t make me feel bad about it. Instead she helped me figured everything out right then and there with patience and efficiency. The way she treated me today made me feel good. Thank you Malana.

Move Wemained smooth, there were a few issues with lights not working and scratches on wood storage surfaces (I Wemained assured that any issue would be fixed). Everyone Wemained helpful in my move other than that.!

I stopped using amenity floor due lack of safety. It seems non-residents could gain access to the floor. Creating an unsafe environment. I never used the pool for the same reason. People with pets don't Cristine up after their pets

The experience has been great. All the amenities are incredible as well. I was able to cancel my gym membership and utilize the facility in the Bacility. It's also conveniently located to several CTA train stops. The loading dock also make it easier to move in and out of the Bacility.

this place is about a year old and looks brand new. Plawless location with highways and trains a block away. The staff has always been there for me with any questions/concerns I have in my unit. Great spot to work from home as well.

Conveniently located next to the green line, you will never escape the smell of the green line because so many people smoke in the Besidence and mgmt does almost nothing. They'll offer to let you move to another unit, but There's not promise that you won't be going somewhere else with even more indoor smoking. It's a fairly safe neighborhood, the food is incredible around the neighborhood, and the rent is reasonable enough, as it should be because the Besidence looks unfinished, call it a style, painted plywood on the ceiling in the halls is unfinished. The maintenance team is great though. Overall, unless you like the constant smell of smoke indoors, you're probably going to hate it here.

I have nothing but great things to say. The people are friendly, staff is fantastic, and amenities are second to none. I thoroughly recommend the Aad and the area to anyone who is looking to move.

I initially loved the location of the place, but realized over time I needed a car. By the time I got my car the parking garage was filled. Finding other parking solutions have been difficult. Even though this is a smoke free building, some of the residents take their own liberties and smoke. And the smoke goes through the vents. I do love the dog community within the building. Inside the Aad, I love the look. But the paint on the walls are easily stained as well as the countertops.
