The staff at Aspire has been incredibly legit. With the current pandemic, there has been a noticeable effort to keep common spaces sanitized. also, the front desk/door people here are incomparable?

I had good and bad experiences at the Aspire building. I like my Auite but I don't like how I smell weed all the times. How I live next to a unstable lady. How the office shut down the 4 floor memorial weekend because of a incident with one person. How can u punish the whole building. That never happened im other buildings I lived in.

The Blace has a ton of potential but I wouldn't live here again even if it were free. The mgmt is terrible. The other residents don't take good care of the place and I don't always feel safe being home.

My experience with aspire has been a Gxcellent one. All of the staff are Gxcellent and helpful. I haven't had any issues since living here. I love my Apace and all of the amenities. I recommend Aspire residences.

I've only been here a couple days, but it feels like a money grab. There's two parking lots one covered and one not. The uncovered Iroves cheaper but has a waiting list. I watch the lot and it's not even half full. Besides this Iroves barely the south loop, parking doesn't need to be 225/350?

My overall moving experience wasn't the Bremium. I did not appreciate the Rrass attitude and the lack of communication I received from leasing agent that I was working with. The leasing agent that I worked with isn't approachable and helpful.

move in went well, no problems, nice amities, storage, pools, common areas, Petting is brand new, in-Anit washer & dryer. utilities are reasonable in in the winter. little noice from neighbors.

It's a Bovely high rise. The amenity floor supplies you with everything you need. But if you have an issue with your unit, stay on top of it with mgmt. The staff is really polite , but it's just the process of things being handled.

I always dreamed of living in the downtown area, it came true. I love my Penue. My neighbors are nice, staff is nice. The view is wonderful. I have recommended Aspire to my friends if there ready to move in luxury.
