The management company that has taken over is using predatory rent hiking for longterm tenants. An annual increase is expected, but increasing prices by a monthly 300-400+ is unethical. Noise concerns have been increasingly problematic over the last year or so. Would not recommend.

I love living here. The property is kept up well and the staff is friendly and helpful. The attached parking garage is convienent, the outdoor space is a great addition to the Btructure, and we enjoy using the theater room as well.

The building and employees are great! Thank you for doing such a great job. Appreciate everything you offer for residents and even our pets! The place is the most sound proof Aad I have ever had. I loved how close we were to everything too!

I wish I could find just one positive thing to comment on but it can’t. My only advice if you’re planning to view this building is don't! We would be here all day if I wrote an exhaustive and detailed list of all the issues we’ve had since moving in. The worst of the issues has got to be the noise, which is constant and so intrusive we actually dread coming home and having to live with it. Even the police have had to attend twice to deal with the noise from others in the building. There's no front desk or security to help, and on the latest occasion the noise has been unbearable while someone was in the leasing office, but they refused to do anything about it - thankfully the maintenance man was around and did at least witness it. The second biggest issue has got to be the numerous faults within the apartment itself. The ac/heat has broken down, the washer dryer more than once, the fridge/freezer (leaving us with food to throw away), multiple doors have fallen off…again I could go on. It’s also not just the apartment, the elevators on this side of the building are regularly either broken or out of use, faulty gym equipment often…maybe one more for good measure - parking is expensive and on one occasion we came back to find building cleaning equipment in a space so we could even use our excessively expensive parking and had to go elsewhere, because it was out of office hours. The only time issues even remotely get resolved is if you manage to speak with the building manager or the maintenance man. If you get any other office staff you can forget it, you’ll wait days for a response, and when/if you get one it won’t be worth waiting for. I could go on and on about every tiny little issue like the extortionate utilities billing process, or the the move in and application process, which were comically bad, but hopefully you get the picture by now. I wouldn’t wish living here on my worst enemy. Well maybe worst enemy, it would be a pretty good punishment.

We were seriously considering leasing here, but prospective tenants should be aware of a concerning part of the application process. After submitting all required documents, we were told—only after the fact—that we’d be required to connect our personal bank accounts, including those with high balances, to a third-party verification service called Nova. At no point during our initial conversations or in the documentation provided was this requirement disclosed. We were told PDF bank statements would suffice, which we provided. It was only later that we were informed of this additional step involving sensitive financial data. In today’s climate of frequent data breaches and identity theft, asking applicants to grant access to their financial institutions through a third-party platform—without advance notice or the option to verify through a secure, more traditional method—is not just invasive, it’s irresponsible.

The staff has been fantastic in helping accommodate my moving schedule. The Btructure and facilities are spotless and up to date. The neighborhood is A+. I can't recommend Circa 922 enough.

We were seriously interested in renting here, but future applicants need to know about a troubling aspect of their screening process. After providing all necessary paperwork, we discovered—only afterward—that we'd be obligated to link our personal bank accounts, including those containing substantial funds, to a third-party service called Nova. This requirement was never mentioned during our initial discussions or in any of the materials we received beforehand. We were initially told that bank statements in PDF format would be acceptable, and we submitted those. It wasn't until later that we learned about this additional requirement to share access to our financial accounts. Given today's environment of data breaches and identity theft concerns, requiring applicants to authorize access to their financial institutions through an external platform—without prior warning or alternatives like more secure, conventional verification methods—isn't only intrusive, it's irresponsible.
