SOUTH SHORE BEACH IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO CHOOSE! YES THEY RUN RENTAL SPECIAL BUT ONCE IN YOU WILL FIND MORE HIDDEN ISSUE. I WASN'T IN MY APARTMENT A WEEK I STARTED EXPERIENCING PLUMBING,RODENTS AND ANT INFESTATION,SECURITY GATES BROKEN,AND BELL WAN'T WORKING! OH LET ME NOT FORGET HOW THE FOUNDATION ISN'T STABLE. SO PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO,DON'T MOVE HERE!

In a nutshell they are slumlords. No Hot Water. They DO NOT fix anything. They are very unprofessional. My advice is to stay away. AVOID THEM!!!!! They have these so called Move-IN specials don't fall for the okey doke it's not worth it. They dont pay their bills either.
