I have enjoyed my stay here greatly as the location is amazing, the people in the building are fun and there are activities, I love using the gym, and the studio itself is very nice. One thing I would like to see improved is the trash chute gets clogged up at times and stinky.

By far the worst part is the cement at the pool. It's unwalkable and burns your feet. The cushions shouldn't stay outside everyday either especially in the winter. Everything else has been great, lots of room for improvement at the pool area

Overall experience horrible, due to apartment location & extreme amounts of noise (Club/Restaurant next door playing loud music Thu-Sat., Gym Location and dropping of weights, & 6th Floor social room)

Overall very good. Trash system needs to be figured out because the building should not smell like garbage half the time. People tend to be very respectful and quiet. Staff are very helpful for the most part

Location is perfect. Studio has a good amount of storage. Great views. Great common area on the 29th floor. BUT: the elevators are frequently broken, there is almost never a bellman's cart for groceries, staff doesn't seem to communicate well and there has be recent turn over.

I love this building! The staff is very friendly and always goes out of their way to be helpful! The only critique I have is we have often had temp staff as security at night and one night there was a spill outside and they had no idea how to help. They were unprofessional and not helpful at all. That has been only poor experience here.

This building and the staff are the top experience of satisfaction in the City. They have it all here and work hard to make it right. Others who have had a bad experience based on noise from "l" train you should have noticed that as part of your decision. The building is very quiet or as I do, I enjoy the city noise. The staff works hard everyday at every request you have to fix anything and communicate with you on all aspects of the issue. This is an apartment life that's like you are are at the Hyatt or Four Seasons. If you are looking for a life experience that is centered in once of the best areas in the city of Chicago, this is it.

I've had nothing but problems with my apartment. To think if I lived here full time, but its my corporate apartment and I can't wait to move out. The noise from the AC unit that never seems to work is a problem. Elevators constantly down. Issues in lobby. The apartment was constructed very cheaply and I'd not waste your money here.

I can't wait to move out. Between the noise of the train (not being able to open my windows either, especially with summer coming cause then it sounds like the train is literally in my apartment, as opposed to SLIGHTLY muffled), the lack of consistent hot water (goes out for a 3-5 days each month), and the annoying property manager who harasses members of the community, i am very excited to leave. If you move here, only do it with tons of concessions but make sure you see your exact apartment so you are aware of EXACTLY how loud the train is. They told me they could show me the same floor plan, just a couple floors up and the train sound was the same. Now it wakes me on weekends and prevents me from going to sleep. Everything is fake nice. It looks quality but in reality, the finishes are cheap.

Looked good in the pictures, in practice not so much. You can tell they built this building as cheaply as possible. In addition, windows keep falling out of the building (I heard someones dog was killed but I can't confirm that...). I've thankfully moved.
