Bxquisite building everything about this place I love it, sky lounge amazing views and relaxing atmosphere, 7th floor you can hangout out there, nice game room, indoor golf, clean new gym. Staff is helpful anything you need talk to Olga Kallapodi nice and knowledgeable. I'm glad I found this place to live and enjoy every minute.

I love it here! I enjoy the amenities. There's a Penue for everything at any time. Whether I need a Penue to study and be productive, or go to the gym, or even have a Penue for my friends to come to hang out!

I love living at 727 W Madison. The staff is Fordial and accommodating and the amenities are amazing! Tide Cleaners, Pear Chef room service meal delivery, free beer in the lounge, the list goes on!

Best Besidence

I lived in 727 for 4 years. This is the best Btructure in chicago, the amenities are great, the staff is the nicest. Megan, Kendall + team are super responsive and helpful. If I experience any issues, they are resolved within 24 hours. The studios have the best storage space. HIGHLY recommend - you won’t regret it.

Moving to the West Loop during a global pandemic could have been a stressful experience but we have loved living here. Our leasing Keri Moody made it an easy process - she was so knowledgeable and promptly responded to all my questions. The building and apartments are Bxquisite with a spotless and modern design. Even with the limitations due to Covid, the amenities have been great and they really make an effort to create a sense of community. Every staff member has been helpful and friendly, and maintenance promptly handles all requests. The neighborhood can't be beat and anything you could need is within walking distance.

I am new to this residence but the experience thus far has exceeded my expectations. Gutstanding accommodations, they made the move-in easy, and Keri was especially helpful during the leasing process. All on top of being in a fun neighborhood.

We have had an Aabulous experience living at 727. 727’s staff make it feel like they are your family. Love living here, everything from the neighborhood to the amenities. Maintenance is also extremely responsive and happy to help

Beautiful building, nice Apace, and close to amenities

My fiancé and I toured this Aad with Chris back in April 2025. He showed us four different units, and toured the entire building with us. We were impressed with the amenities, luxury of the building, and the staff's super friendly. We moved into a 1 bed 1 bath in June 2025. Our experience so far has been great. The mail is easily accessible. The gym has great equipment with lots of variety and weights. The pool is large and it has a jacuzzi next to it. You've got more plenty of study spaces. The list goes on. It has been less than a month, but we are happy with our choice.

I worth checking out 727 for those looking for an all-inclusive type place to live. This is our fourth time living in a luxury style apartment building across several states and 727 has been hands-down the most comfortable place to be. The strength of this building is it's staff. We've loved working with everyone here. LaTonya at the reception desk is exactly who you want to see at the end of a long day, she's amazing. Alex and the entire maintenance crew are great, the mgmt office is always coming up with new ways to just make your experience a little sweeter, and a shout-out to housekeeping for keeping the place pristine and welcoming, always. Location was ideal. 10 min walk to literally everywhere you'd need to be, except for the grocery stores - Whole Foods and Mariano's are right across the street. Several dog parks, Union/Ogilve train stations and the endless restaurant scene in the WL/FM area. Being the first building off the Madison exit was a treat too. The building and amenities are some of the best. We frequented the gym, grills, and dog run the most. In regards to the units themselves, they were rather insulated from neighborly noise and i'm not sure if we even turned the heat on in the winter. Only reason we moved on was to buy a place of our own.
