I have left numerous telephone calls and no one has returned my calls. This is very bad customer service.

I lived there from 2000 to 2001 and this apartment is filled with Section 8 people and building with the Heartland subsidized rent program. It's like 'da hood' in Lincoln Park. The apartments are really nice (except for little to almost NO HEAT IN THE WINTER) It's mostly the people at 712 Diversey that were shady/rude/------/stupid and their visitors were the same. Management was non-responsive and the man who sweeps and mops around there is a bum (not even employed by anyone there) with an attitude problem.
