I did not actually end up choosing AMLI River North as my future home, but my experience with the leasing office was an extremely pleasant one. My leasing agent, Paul, was one of the most helpful and friendly people I had the pleasure of meeting during my apartment search. If my decision had been based solely upon this factor, I would have chosen AMLI, but factors such as pricing and location came into play.

This is a well located building for working in The Loop and socializing in River North. It is safe and secure with great facilities. Noise levels are good if you are up high enough. Maintenance are lovely people.

I absolutely love AMLI River North. Everyone that works for AMLI is exceptionally nice and helpful. Makes living there so much more enjoyable. I can't begin to tell you how many compliments I have gotten from friends and family about the facility and location.

Moved into a studio about a month ago and couldn't be more pleased. Amenities, physical quality, location, and size of unit - all are top notch. Service is also incredibly friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

Grest place to live. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Great amenities available including nice outside area on the 12th floor. Area can get a little noisy on weekends due to the clubs on hubbard st.

This place is not worth the money! At first glance, it is easy to be swayed by the amenities. However, Hubbard street on the weekend is a zoo. Management has to struggle to keep control and maintain cleanliness of the community amenities on weekends. Overall property management has gone down over the years!

Great place to live. Right in the heart of the city. Beautiful amenities. Close to dining, entertainment and red line train. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to live in the River North area.

Dear AMLI, Thank you for providing 70 days notice of my new rent, when I need to give 60 days notice of vacating my apartment. I was traveling for 8 of those 10 days. Can I sue you for that? or I could revise my stellar Yelp review, since I'm no longer purchasing a condo because I can't afford the down payment. Please let me know at your earliest convenience. Best regards, Evan (Unit #2705) Moved into AMLI July 2014 (brand new home a block from work! and they held it while I was traipsing across Europe, and i got a month and a half free rent) Fled August 2016, and told all his coworkers about the rent increase (the pool continues to be lovely as ever. except the winter). PS: 8% rent increase YOY? Last i heard people were fleeing Chicago for Houston.

This is an amazing place to live! Fantastic location, top notch amenities and friendly, responsive staff. The units are equipped with high-quality appliances, packages are handled as on-demand self-service, and the views are hard to beat.

Maintenance and management are excellent in responsiveness and quality of service. Requests are always fulfilled within 24 hours and often on the same day. Building is generally nice and location is great.
