Im excited for the amenities, but I don't think it makes sense to close the sky park dog area after 11 and it is really far from the historic building. Also, the fireplace upstairs doesn't work or it is unclear how to use it.

Very nice building, good apartment and great location. We've enjoyed our stay and are planning to renew lease. Service is responsive . Fitness center is very convenient. The location is a significant advantage

I just started my lease from November 1. I have no much experience with the community. Recently, I have given a work order and they have done well and I am satisfied with their work. I just feel that the rent is bit higher that's the only drawback I found.

Honestly, my partner and I have seen so many managers and staff come and go in the time that we've lived here. There is obviously a problem in upper management evidenced by the low retention rate. -None of the community amenities are reliably open and upkept. For those that are operable anyways...For example, there have been several times that I have wanted to use the business center but the air conditioning doesn't work so it is unbearably hot to work in there, no working printer, and no working wi-fi. I've lived here almost two years and the hot tub hasn't been in operation despite reassurances from staff that it would be operable "soon". Also, when is the dog park going to be finished? It is just a nasty chunk of dry grass with dog poop everywhere. -The concierge can not be bothered for anything except packages without a resident getting attitude or being asked to do it themselves instead. For example, carts, reserving the theatre, maintenance requests, letting guests up, and general questions with the exception of Corey who is generally personable and helps assist in whatever way he can. -The maintenance team is short-staffed and ill-equipped to handle the standard day-to-day procedures. My partner and I have submitted several maintenance requests with many of them being automatically checked off despite no one actually coming to fix anything, we know because we receive a survey asking how they did. Those that have finally been completed took several months to complete despite being simple things like a clogged drain or a broken blind. The only maintenance person that I have actually seen fix anything around here is Robert. All of the other employees need to be replaced quite frankly because when they actually have come in to try and fix something, they give an excuse like "it's not really broken, just installed backward so you gotta use it like this to open it", or they claim that the problem is something else entirely, or come in and spend two hours making a mess and looking at the A/C to tell us that it is fixed when in reality they did NOTHING -and why did it require two of them?? Also, the area is generally unsafe and not kid-friendly. Thank you for taking this into consideration. I hope you find a better place to live.
