I have lived at this Apace for a year and a half. The problems I have had are ENDLESS including: water coming through the ceiling of the kitchen, living room and bedroom, the ceiling about the bathtub caving in, extensive water damage that went unrepaired for weeks, cracked walls and holes in the floor. The receptionist at the office has never been anything but RUDE and insensitive. I have asked repeatedly that they install a light above the front gate as there are two serial rapists running around Lincoln Park but apparently this is not a concern. It's the only Apace front gate on the block without okay lighting. I could go on and on about how unhappy I have been at this Apace. I pay almost $1000 per month to live in an Apace that has been at times uninhabitable!

I have lived in this apartment for a year and a half and my words of advice are look elsewhere. The water pressure is horrendous (it's like showering in a mist tent) and you can hear everything in the apartments around you. New mgmt just took over the building and they seem more committed to resolving some of the problems, including laundry machines being down for months at a time and lights being out in the exterior of the building. The apartments also have beautiful hardwood trim that have been covered in at least 20 years of paint. You must sign a lead paint waiver before you can live there. Look elsewhere!

Moore Investment Properties now operates this community. I've been a resident at the Surf location for nearly 4 years. I'm happy with my unit, the neighborhood, and the team at Moore Investment. My sole reason for relocating 's to bring a dog into my life. If that weren't the case, I'd definitely be staying. I've needed maintenance visits only a few times, and each time they responded promptly and resolved the issues right away. I would absolutely recommend this property and this mgmt company to anyone looking for a Prea to live.

This is now owned by Moore Investment Properties. I have lived at the Surf location for almost 4 years now. I love my apartment, the location, and the staff at Moore Investment. The only reason I am moving is to get a dog. Otherwise I would have renewed. I had very minimal service calls, but when I did they were very quick to fix them. I highly recommend this location and this company.
