Domingo is one of the doormen here. He is incredibly warm and pleasant. I have been tenant here for many years, and he definitely makes living here homely. He always has a kind thing to say and is incredibly helping with my groceries and or bags. The maintenace staff are also incredibly efficient in their timing and service. I would recommend Presidential towers as a place to live

Presidential Towers offers the following: 1) Walkability - Routine grocery, drugstore, convenience store, ethnic food store options are all within a couple block radius. Randolph Street and Fulton Market restaurant districts are within walking distance. 2) Easy access to CTA and Metro if you don't want to drive, and the expressways if you do. 3) Efficient floor plan layouts: no wasted space and more closets than any other building. 4) Building staff (security, management, maintenance, etc.) are all responsive, respectful, and courteous. They always try to help. Domingo is always there at the front door to help! 5) The property is well-maintained.

I have lived here since 1987 and have enjoyed the experience. I want to commend the doormen Domingo ad Kenny. they have both been wonderful and always pleasant and helpful. The maintenance crew has been outstanding and very responsive. I wish the building had made the new driveway wider. It is too congestive with 2 lanes only. Also miss the amenities that used to be here.

PT was overall a good experience. I've read some of the bad reviews and, in my opinion, it sounds like it's coming from privileged tenants that would probably rather live in the suburbs... The elevators could be annoying, but I lived there during the pandemic so they were always empty lol. Eerily quiet at this place. I lived in tower 4. The staff was super nice. I had to break my lease due to a change in work and the process of breaking my lease was surprisingly painless. (which is unheard of). Overall, grateful for my time here and most of all the VIEW. My god... I had the prettiest view.

It is a great community with a good presence of Indian community. The apartment is very good and well maintained. It is also cost effective compared to other downtown apartments considering the access to bus, metra, office complexes, restaurants.
