DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! I have lived here coming up on 2 years. Last year starting in April, they did a Gym Renovation Project. IT IS STILL NOT FINISHED!!!! You can't make this up! On Day 1 of the "New Gym" the Sauna door broke. THEY HAVE STILL NOT FIGURED OUT HOW TO FIX IT. Leadership is as incompetent as it gets. Samantha Heckert (Morguard Regional Manager), Joe Perzigian (District) and Amy Pflueger (Alta Community Manager) are beyond terrible at what they do. They do not care about the residents and only care about collecting that rent check. I sat down with Amy and Joe face to face and I barely could get a word in because Amy interrupts you every 5 seconds. She told me "Here at Alta we don't want to jack up rent prices. We want to establish a community." Well, you just jacked my rent up an insane amount FOR WHAT????? I didn't get to use the amenities all of last year AND THEY ARE STILL NOT FINISHED! The audacity to raise rent when you have totally screwed us residents over the last year is so wrong. Morguard Property Management is an embarrassment to property management. DO NOT MOVE HERE! They also manage Echelon! DO NOT MOVE THERE EITHER! As Julius Campbell said in Remember the Titans, "Attitude Reflect Leadership, Captain." The reviews you see here are just a small amount of frustration the residents currently have towards management. I was able to get ~45 residents sign a petition to demand an update from Amy and Management about the Gym Renovations. Instead of giving an update, Amy removed the function for residents to post on the Community Feed. Even though she claims, "we want feedback," Amy and staff only want to hear what they want hear. FIX THE SAUNA AND STEAM ROOM! IT'S BEEN ALMOST A YEAR! TERRIBLE
