We love living here! The location is great, we are close to downtown, Wrigleyville and many other attractions and nightlife. Chicago is a great city and living in this location makes it all so accessible t us. We can easily grab an Uber and get around or hop on one of the man buses nearby to go anywhere we want! Broadway is full of great places to eat and it's only a block away. We also really like all the grocery stores, banks, hospitals, and gyms that are in the neighborhood. And the lake and .ark are also u down the street. It is so nice living in this party of town. Planned Properly Management has always been cooperative and helpful. They are communicative and ready to help if any issues arrive. Stephen is the building engineer and he is also wonderful. Prompt, professional, and very nice . Our apartment is beautiful and a good size for a couple. It is laid out very nicely and in a way that allows for optimal space. We have a walk through kitchen, a dining nook, and a good amount o closet space. The bedroom is very cozy with a nice big window. We really enjoy living here.
