Awesome community. The gym, rooftop, party room, lobby, stairwells, etc. are in great condition and constantly clean. The apartments are updated and I rarely have any maintenance issues. Easy to pay rent via online portal. Only complaint is we can hear our neighbors above/below us in the flats. Otherwise, definitely recommend renting through Reside!

We moved into the Flats on a sublease with the option to renew. Our renewal rate was a 53% increase over the original lease rate and we were unable to sign a 12 month lease because management wanted all leases to be up on May 1. Because we had just moved and were able to afford it, we decided to renew despite being shocked by the increase. There seems to be some confusion with package delivery as Flats utilize the front desk next door at the Belmont for packages, but some carriers are not aware of the arrangement and management refuses to put signs up indicating that packages should be delivered to the concierge for "aesthetic" reasons, so many times packages are left in limbo in the carrier's truck or wedged between the windows and bars outside or just plain lost. All it would take is for management to put up a sign.

Great community, beautiful apartments. The concierge staff is very friendly and very helpful. The gym is beautiful and bright so it is nice to go up there and get a workout in. Also the sun deck is awesome!!

Originally moved here under a sublease and we decided to renew the lease after only a few weeks of living here. Beautiful facilities and everything that we need and want in a rental unit, plus more. Very happy to call the Belmont Flats our home.

I love living here. The management is great and responsive, the buildings are well-maintained, modern, and clean, and the floorplan and amenities in my apartment are the best I've seen. Major bonus points for the washer-dryer in-unit!

Very welcoming, clean, modern. The rent payment system is difficult and clunky - probably my least favorite part of living here. The free internet is also sparse, but otherwise I love the space and the apartment. The rooftop is my favorite!

The apartment and community are beautiful and I wish I moved in here earlier. I feel that the staff really cares about the quality of my experience. The roof top patio at the Belmont is amazing and I love the exercise room.

Everything is great about the community except for parking and rent. The parking lot layout makes it difficult to park and load/unloaf. The rent is extremely high for the value of the area and apartment.
