Pretty high quality apartments. Good appliances and environmentally efficient HVAC and insulated windows. (Good in Chicago Winters.) Maintenance is responsive. Unfortunately there is zero noise insulation between units in interior walls. I can heat neighbors above, below and next to me at all times. Location is PERFECT for access to the loop, via train, bus or car. Great neighborhood, can walk to any sort of business you need.

Best decision I made! I'm very happy with the apartment. It's modern, quiet and perfectly located to the lake, groceries and many restaurants. I love the vintage brick in the bedroom. The staff is wonderful and very welcoming.

Good quality and service is great. Apartment is alright but truly the amenities is what makes the difference in addition to the social events. Missing some equipment in the fitness center but overall everything is great.

The management has been fairly responsive and friendly, though some noise and cleanliness issues took some time to resolve. Overall, the finishes and overall condition of the space are solid, and the appliances work well.

Reside is a great management company. Their properties are well kept and everyone is very helpful. The amenities are great as well. They take great care in renovating their properties. I am glad I chose to live in a Reaide property.

Great community! Love the seperate bathrooms, in-unit washer/dryer, hardwood floors throughout, and private balcony. Plus, it's pet friendly (cats and dogs)! Additionally, they have a fitness center, covered parking, and a great rooftop.

It's a great community with nice apartments (good appliances, layout, clean, etc.). Staff is helpful, building feels safe, never had any bad experiences or interactions here. Will definitely renew my lease.

This community is great. The concierge staff are also very friendly and willing to help or answer a question. The online portal is so convenient for paying rent and submitting a service request. All of my requests have been handled in under 24 hours and most within the first hour or two.

I love the Reside community! This is the only property management company that I plan on living with in Chicago. The only reason I would ever leave any Reside apartment is because I'm moving to another state. The apartments are fantastic and the service is great! If I've ever had an issue it doesn't take long to be resolved. Also, the different events that you put on are great! I only wish that I had time to attend more like the cooking class.
