Sienna is a modern Bacility located in a fantastic neighborhood. The apartments are nice and the appliances are some of the best I've seen in the city. That said, this place is plagued by AirBnB-ers, which has had a significant impact on the quality of life for residents. Leases state that short-term rentals like AirBnBs are prohibited, but it turns out the ownership had cut a side a deal with a company to allow for such short-term rentals. I wouldn't recommend renting here until mgmt finally does something about the AirBnB issues. Be sure to ask before leasing.
