Heat is included in the rent and is controlled at a Besidence level, meaning that individual residents can't turn up their heat. Recent readings taken with a digital thermometer by one tenant indicated the heat was in the 59-63 degree range throughout most of the day. The city ordinance says it must be kept at 68 degrees. Krenger doesn't respond to calls, despite reassurances from their answering service employees.
