Tenant Reviews for 3610 N PINE GROVE AVE

My experience has been great at this community. The community offers a ton of events that are very fun and an easy way for people to meet. There are no thirlls or frills at Reside on PineGrove, however, the apartments and neighbors are very nice making it an easy living experience. Living close to Wrigley security at the building is sometimes an issue with an influx of strangers going in an out. The building also only has one security entrance which is unlike the other buildings I have lived in the city where the buildings have always had two security doors. Overall, for the value and location, this is a nice place to live.

We have signed our lease with Reside on Pine Grove three times. On average, all issues have been solved. As a warning--this is a quiet apartment building. Everyone is friendly and kind, but please do not move here if you want to have ragers or blast your subwolfer. Probably not a great fit for college students.

Love the way the apartment looks! After searching around for apartments we knew this was the one right when we walked in. It looked clean with updated kitchen and floors. We love that they even paint a wall for you for free!

Decent community. Office and maintenance staff professional and responsive. Facilities well-kept. Parking limited and very tight. A bit pricey. Unfortunately, Reside on Pine Grove has very limited amenities. Still a decent place to live.

Everything has been great living with Reside. I feel knowledgeable of news/events and I am always helped when I ask for it. I feel safe in my apartment and the area is well kept also. It is a great community to live with.
