Don’t except to get any work done when all of the tenants with dogs come out to the courtyard between 2-4pm every day. The amount of barking/screaming over the barking is terrible, especially for a building that claims to not allow dogs...

I am writing this because ICM has been very good to me and would like to give a little back. The whole time I have worked with them they have been honest with me even when it wasn't the answer I wanted to hear. They were reasonable on their approach to maintenance concerns and made me feel comfortable that they would hold true to their promises, which they did. I am transferring out of state this next month and have to sublet my apartment but I would definitely recommend living here.
