This place needs to be shut down! Patch up repairs temperature in the apartment uneven it’s either too hot or too cold. Unprofessional management and staff! They have a problem for every solution (read that again). Roaches, mice, mold and mildew along with old antiquated elevators and while they did update some of the apartments pipes and fixtures are still old and very small. The only time you get something new is when people move out and they fix it so new tenants are impressed. They soon find out! Security is not securing mkay! Only one maintenance guy remains and he’s lazy as hell and speaks no englas when it’s time for his bleep to fix sumthin. Chile you do better in projects at least you know what you’re getting and it’s not a cover up.

AVOID 2727 APT. 210 Current tenants in 2727 unit 210 are the absolute worst. Loud music everyday throughout the day. Loud kids who fight and bang against the walls every day. The adults can’t talk without yelling and screaming. As a student, it’s nice to study in your apt with peace and quiet and management has done nothing to stop it. Haven’t even been here a year and I want out. It’s horrible. AVOID RENTING IN 2727 NEAR APT 210 if you want peace and quiet.

I have visited the facilities a few times. The location, maintenance, amenities and access to public transportation is all a plus. The only concern is the location of the security. They appear to be in the building and often let people in before questioning. The outside foyer appears to be a better location for them.

I am fairly new to this complex. Its a nice area,very well kept and close to downtown. I love the weekly activities/events hosted our CLA team they are very nice people. The office team is also a good team. Overall I'm happy with my new home.

I am new here but I really like complex, the amenities, the CLA team that sponsors events and I really enjoy how close I am to the downtown area.
