I moved in at the end of October, and just two days later my entire kitchen was contaminated by debris. Shockingly, this wasn’t an isolated incident—other residents experienced the same thing. I reached out to management immediately, and the only offer was $500, even though I had to replace $700 worth of dishes I use for my business. I also called 311, but it took three months for anyone to come out—and they offered no solutions. The lack of urgency and accountability from both management and the city has been extremely frustrating. I cannot wait for my lease to be over.
