This building is infested with bedbugs and mice. The so called property mgmt at this building has changed three times in the time I lived there and does little to upkeep the property and assist the tenants. The tenant turnover in this building is high with a lot of drug use ongoing here. The area itself isn't safe in the night hours. Several shootings have occurred right outside the building and even though a school is right across the street the police presence here is next to none.
