Overall 215 is a great place to live. The staff is great and maintenance is on top of everything. The leasing office is also great. The amenities are ok, but the gym could definitely use some upgrades/expanding. I love my unit, it's incredibly spacious and the appliances are great and having in-unit laundry is the absolute best, and not something I thought I'd find in this price point. It's not the most modern building it's the latest finishes, but it is a nice building. Great location in my opinion. In terms of safety, I'd give it a bit of a lower rating just because the 711 on there corner draws in a lot of homeless people and I've seen three harrass people before, however I don't ever feel unsafe in my unit, just be careful walking home at night.
