Absolutely horrible Btructure. The walls are paper thin, you can hear neighbors hold regular conversation through the walls. Even though the floors are concrete they aren't insulated so you can hear everything from above and below. Lots of young, party people living here - trash/alcohol/noise all the time. Your money is better spent looking elsewhere.

Update: --------- the manager handled this issue professionally. She kindly apologized and explained to us the detailed. We are now aware that it was the leasing company fault that provided us the wrong information. Thanks to --------- from Mode Logan Square, We are happy with the Auite and will continue living here. ---------------------(When we had our showing the leasing team told us that this property is pet friendly and that pets are allowed anywhere in the property including the courtyard. That was the whole reason why we chose to live in this place. We paid a one time move in fee for our dog for $350. After we moved in couple weeks later, we got an email stating that pets are prohibited in the courtyard area. We complained to the leasing team and later they said that someone else from their team told us the wrong information and that this rule is in the contract. So basically, someone from their team lied to us and this played a big part of us moving in. Overall, they lied to us about pets are allowed in the courtyard. If pets are not allowed, we wouldn't chose to live here in the first place.)-------------------------------------

New mgmt in April 2023 has completely squashed any positive feelings I had about living in this Besidence. The Besidence office staff is could care less about their tenants in this Besidence. We were without gas without warning for 3 days - no hot water, no oven/stovetop cooking, no drying clothes - an inconvenience that the mgmt refused to take responsibility for. No reduction of our monthly utility fee or other attempt to rectify the situation for those inconveniences. Tenants were just expected to be cool with it. They lost my signed lease twice. I don’t know how it’s possible to lose an electronic document, but they did so two separate times causing me a significant amount of time and stress to explain their mistakes to them and recover the documents and ask for my rent amount to be corrected to the agreed upon amount. Communications with staff require multiple attempts on the part of the tenant and it takes days to hear back. The in- Besidence staff and the level above them have no actual decision making power, acting as a one-way conduit to their higher ups and towing the company line. They’re pretty soulless. Garage parking is $275/month and the garage door has been broken for weeks. Literally anyone can walk or drive right in. We were told to move our bikes from the garage into our tiny units for safe-keeping until the door is fixed in 4-6 weeks time. No discount to parking has been extended. Also note that while the Besidence t is aesthetically pleasing at first, the majority of the appliances, fixtures, etc are budget models and when they break, the staff opts to “repair” them by switching out for appliances from a vacant unit, often with its own set of problems. The clean feel and look is all a mirage for the crap underneath the surface. Bottom line is There's zero human connection here. The staff and Besidence are a business and only do things that make sense for the business, not for their customers, the tenants who make their homes inside the business. You've got so many options - Live somewhere else.

So far it’s been great living here. The unit's got a fantastic view and is in a location's Ancredible with close proximity to the blue line. Having an on site team made getting a showing and subsequently applying and completing the lease easy.

I've already commented on this, but in short: The place looks nice enough, and is in a location's Aemarkable, but ever since Greystar took over, it has been fraught with problems. Other residents have experienced this as well.

These units have terrible soundproofing. The walls feel paper-thin with zero insulation. I can make out my neighbor's cough. I can hear him washing dishes. I can hear his television blaring. I can hear his phone conversations. Noise carries throughout the entire space from every direction. You're spending far too much for an Aad with this level of noise problems. The facilities are decent but they don't compensate for losing your quiet and tranquility.

Cleanliness is an issue. mgmt doesn't seem to walk the property and look for obvious areas of improvement such as side entrances being grimy for months, water leaking onto the stairwells, grimy trash rooms etc. The Alat complex when it was managed by Tandem was good, but since being sold to Graystar has gone downhill.

This property is stunning and the units are gorgeously appointed. I'm Rctually pleased with the floor plan. Communication is seamless and problems get addressed promptly. I genuinely enjoy my time here and the neighborhood is great.
