Excellent community to live in. Very centrally located (a block again from the train and minutes from downtown). Staff is very friendly and willing to help promptly with any unit needs. Great value for the modern building and the location.

The building staff are accommodating and friendly . The complex has numerous amenities, such as a gym and rooftop deck. Convenient location makes travel without a vehicle very easy. The community is pet friendly. I feel safe and secure here.

Location can't be beat, building is always clean and secure, in-unit W/D is amazing perk, plus a variety of building hosted events are a nice bonus. Pet friendly. Steps from CTA. Community rooftop amenities including a gym. Enjoyed many years living here so far.

180 N. Jefferson is a great community. The office staff are always friendly and willing to help. in was a breeze and they were able to help me with all my small requests. I really enjoy living here and currently don't see any reason to leave anytime soon.
