I have very much enjoyed living at 180 N Jefferson. For me, the rooftop and grills are the best part in the summer and all the staff are very friendly and responsive.

180 N Jefferson has been an excellent living experience. Everything I need is close by, the staff is great, and the apartments are a great value. The rooftop view is incredible; there's no better place to grill when the weather is good. Parking is conveniently attached to the building. I love it here.

Great place, size of the apartment is smaller than wed like but it fits our needs. Neighborhood is great and staff is great as well. The door staff is very friendly and extremely helpful with any requests we have. It is also nice that they have movie carts and shopping carts available for us to use. The free coffee is great as well.

This is a great location in a great location. Small community with a friendly staff. Apartments are not super modern, but very nice and homey and you can definitely make it your own. The gym on the roof is very convienient - no need to buy a gym membership.

I have had a great experience at 180 N Jefferson. The door, maintenance, leasing/management staff are all very friendly and helpful. Great perks of fitness center, free coffee, and rooftop! Enjoyed my time here. The only downside is the train noise in some apartment units.

Friendly staff, great location, quality amenities, and attention to detail - all of these make 180 N Jefferson really feel like home. My apartment home, the building, and community facilities are high quality and always well maintained. Aside from all of this, it is the attention to detail that really makes 180 stand out...particularly the warm welcome from the front desk staff everytime I come home, and the fresh flowers in the lobby.

180 N Jefferson. ...great staff here makes me come back ....rent has raised every year ...like to see it level off at least once ..I like to have a window open ( especially in the summer) .the restaurant Bang Chop cooking smell is often overwhelming when the window is open

Leasing staff and door staff are excellent! However, the heat situation is out of control in this place. The place is so hot during most days that I swear at night. The temperature situation is fine in the summer, but definitely not this fall. Truly dissatisfied as I can't even sleep in my own place, which means I'm basically paying for a place I can't stay at.

The building was wonderful when I initially moved in. Since then it has been accompanied by rent increases and a decrease in services (free printing, building socials, etc). Otherwise the west loop is a great area to live in, but there are many new buildings that may provide a better bang for your buck.

Please see below. The overall condition of the apartments is very nice and spacious. The neighborhood is a great location and close to public transportation, night life, and eating establishments. The common areas can be update along with the hallways. I would replace the main security guard who is not very kind.
