Emme is an amazing building in a perfect location. The staff are all incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. I've never waited for more than a few hours for a maintenance request to be seen to, and the front door and office staff put a smile on my face every day. The apartments are also beautiful. I can't recommend this building enough if you're looking in the area (and don't mind a European-style kitchen)!

The staff, amenities, and location for Emme are top notch. I am especially grateful for Michelle who elevated a request for me to upper management. Everyone at Emme takes the time to make sure your requests are met and that you are completely satisfied. From the location of West Loop to the incredible gym and pool I would recommend Emme apartments to all my friends and family.

I would recommend living at Emme for a number of reasons, mostly ones you won't know until you move in. The management, maintenance and concierge staff are all super friendly, responsive, polite, and have a sense of urgency. The amenities are among the best in the neighborhood.

My experience has been very good. I really enjoy the relationship I've developed with the staff, that includes concierge team and my local neighbors. The dog friendly nature of the building and first floor main entrance promotes connecting with other neighbors, staff, etc. as you come & go.

Friendliest community and management in the West Loop. Looked around a lot and this is the best place with effortless elegance and a great sense of community. The amenities are great too. The views of the city are amazing

An intimate, modern facility where staff and fellow residents know you (at the level which youre most comfortable). Quiet community as a result of this respect for one another. Smaller, yet efficient, bright living space.

Overall I really enjoy living at EMME, the apartments have great features and amenities. I love that the gym has a peloton bike to use! Everyone is very friendly and there have been some nice community events.

I can frequently hear loud neighbors on the other side of the wall and the dog barking above me pretty regularly. Doesnt bother me too much and I am overall very satisfied with the apartment and staff!

The EMME staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall building conditions and how it is maintained is exceptional. Understandably, the COVID related policies that have been put in place to promote safety within our building have been necessary, but we need to continue the loosening of guest restrictions in all amenity areas.

I said it before. I think the locks need to be managed better and the management staff needs to have more empathy to its residences. You get locked out and they act like its not their fault. Management needs to realize problems fall on them.
