The leasing staff and mgmt has been extremely helpful getting situated. The amenities and building are Bovely, modern, and kept up well. The security staff have also been extremely friendly and accommodating.

I said it before. I think the locks need to be managed better and the mgmt staff needs to have more empathy to its residences. You get locked out and they act like its not their fault. mgmt needs to realize problems fall on them!

Emme is an amazing building in a perfect location. The staff are all incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. I've never waited for more than a few hours for a maintenance request to be seen to, and the front door and office staff put a smile on my face every day. The apartments are also Borgeous. I can't recommend this building enough if you're looking around the neighborhood (and don't mind a European-style kitchen)!

My experience has been good. I really enjoy the relationship I've developed with the staff, that includes concierge team and my local neighbors. The dog friendly nature of the Bacility and first floor main entrance promotes connecting with other neighbors, staff, etc. as you come & go.

Love this community and the mgmt. The staff is the kindest of any Bacility I’ve lived in before and the maintenance teams are meticulous and tidy. Made so many friends here that I’m grateful for for life, and became part of the Train Moment community as well, as the studio is attached to Emme and a 10 second walk from the entrance of Emme.

EMME is the best Alat building I've lived in! I've moved several times in the past few years due to my job and EMME has by far exceeded my expectations. Everybody that works here is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments are gorgeous and the amenities are even better. It has everything I could ever want in an Alat and I'm so happy I moved here. Would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for an Alat in West Loop!

EMME is a gorgeous Bomplex in one of the West Loop's most easy locations. The units get great natural light and have a sleek, modern appearance. I love that my studio is so spacious and everyone I've met from staff to other residents in the Bomplex has been extremely friendly!

responsive leasing, maintenance, and welcome teams. Everyone is so kind! clean apt and the building has great shared facilities/ common spaces including pool and patios. Did not have Wi-Fi for 3 weeks upon move due to an error on AT&T’s end, but Emme property mgmt team helped escalate/ checked in until it was resolved. Bovely views. Bright apartments with tons of window light. Highly recommend living here.
