That previous reviewer must have been somewhere else—Kopley Group is fantastic!

I rent from Kopley Group, my daughter does too, and now 2 of her friends have units with them as well! We've all experienced rentals where maintenance requests get ignored and upkeep is neglected. but, Kopley Group being such an established company means issues are resolved promptly and the staff handles everything with courtesy...even when the problem was my fault... I tend to cause clogs sometimes. But honestly, they're perfect.

I have one Kopley Group place, my daughter another and now 2 of her friends are renting from them! We have all lived in places where nothing is fixed or taken care of. But, with a large company like Kopley, everything is taken care of quickly and they are very nice about it....even when it was something I caused ... Okay, I clog things. But, seriously, they are great.
