I really enjoy this property. I can take my dog out at 2:00 AM and still feel safe, which is extremely important to me. The staff is nice, the maintenance staff is helpful, and I have had no issues with fellow residents.

Really great. Nice place. It??™s very close to a lot of things in Macon and I love that it is gated and I feel Safe. The staff is very nice and efficient. It was very easy to move in and I havenlt had Any problems with my apartment.

Feel very safe. Many provided amenities. Staff are kind. Furniture is durable. Private bedroom and bathroom for each resident if living in 2 bedroom. A lot of dust collection however. maintenance staff quick to respond to your needs. recommend to anyone who is studying at Mercer or working at Navicient. prime location.

It's been great. It feels safe here - I can take my dog out at 2:00 AM and feel comfortable. The gated parking really helps, too. Everyone in the leasing office and the maintenance grew are all nice as well.

The first year I was here, everything was perfect. Then Tara and the new leasing company came in and ruined the whole rental experience. I could go on for HOURS (maybe even DAYS) about how everyone, myself included, dislikes Tara and the new leasing company. I can promise that several hundred of us will never have to do anything with Tara Robinson and the leasing company.

Everything about these apartments are perfect. No roaches/ bugs, Professional office personnel, and beautiful interior. BUT walls are thin and if you ever intend on having friends over you??™ll probably have to go to the roof due to the annoying complaining neighbors.

The Lofts are a great apartment complex. It is very safe and extremely easy for students and those who wish to be close to downtown Macon. The staff is extremely professional, responsive, and diligent. The grounds are always kept very nice and clean. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy everything Macon has to offer!

Management has been kind. Number of cockroaches as well as garbage situations nd compliance of fellow residents could be under better control. Noise is pretty much not a large issue given proximity to post office, fire station, and hospital.

I've liked it so far. The downsides- no pool and you need a key card to get into everything but I feel safe here and love that there was a furnished option. The appliances and furniture is all new and modern which I liked.
