I have loved my time at 1313 Lofts! The community is clean and quiet for the most part! My appliances are all new! I really haven't had many issues at all. Overall, I am pleased with the timeliness of the staff when I need assistance and my experience with my neighbors!

Good, however noise levels are very loud from both outside and inside the building. There is also a dead tree that has not been taken care of right outside my widow. I have asked the building and the city to remove the tree. Other than that its been good.

1313 Randolph St Lofts is cozy, quiet, and homey right in the prime location of West Loop. The units have updated finishes and are spacious. The amenities are just enough to create a well-rounded living experience with a gym and stunning rooftop.

It’s been good but the paying for rent and utilities has been a struggle. I set it all up just fine but now my logins are being problematic and I wish you guys had a portal of it all in one place. Also more community events please! I moved here from out of state and would love to meet more individuals in the building

Everyone I have met is extremely kind and welcoming! It is lovely being far enough from the hustle of west loop that it is quiet, but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and experiences by just doing a short walk down the road. Amazing experience overall!

It’s a beautiful building in a fantastic location. Unfortunately the condition of the building continues to decline. My unit has experienced a substantial number of water leaks and incidents over the years that I’ve been here. So much so that I can’t use portions of the square footage for fear of damage. I’ll come back and update this review with specific details.

The faculties are clean and top notch, but the communication of building events and how to address online payments for rent and amenities has been less than ideal. Would recommend more hand holding to start for new residents on this front.

I would not recommend moving into 1313 Randolph unless you want to live in a quiet retirement community that has poor cell phone reception and intermittent WiFi internet throughout the apartment. The concrete floors and ceilings look cool, but they reverberate all sound for your neighbors to hear and also distort communication signals.

Ever since Greystar took over the building is awful. Staff is unprofessional and maintenance does not know when to call a professional for things like plumbing. I have been a resident for over 4 years and Will be moving out asap.
