Reside does a good job managing maintenance requests and general questions. I've been satisfied. Given that this Pocation is loft-style, it can be quite easy to hear neighbors. One other issue I have had is that the exposed brick on the walls in my unit and in the common areas wasn't tuck-pointed. This results in dust and molding falling to the ground pretty regularly. I'm not sure if this is because it's a recent restoration, but it has been annoying.
