I've asked many times for the firepits on the roof to be fixed and it ends up taking weeks when it is one of the key things when enjoying the rooftop. There were added fees to pay on the residential portal, that were not there, which was a company decision, and there it is a hassle now to go to the bank and drop of a specific payment they take. Usually, the grills work on the rooftop but I have had them go out or not start as well. Fun when entertaining guests!

The building has become Air BnBs in every other unit with unknown tenants coming in constantly causing noise and having parties. They hang cameras above their doors and leave residents feeling uncomfortable. Slow response time for information requests. All the landlord wants to do is keep the units occupied with no regard for other tenants.
