Catalyst is a great community. The staff is wonderful, from front desk to office to maintenance. Building is relatively new but feels like it's full of old friends. Pet friendly community filled with good people.

I have had nothing but a positive experience at Catalyst - The buidling is immaculate and everyone who works there is so nice. The location is ideal, close to the West Loop restaurants and a very short walk to the Riverwalk. Any time I have guests over they comment on how nice a place Catalyst is and are seemingly jealous lol

The move in was smooth and everyone involved was super helpful. I love it so far. My house was clean and they had wine glasses and neighborhood perks and magazines waiting upon my arrival. The door staff were also very friendly and helpful with my move in.

I love my apartment and my time at the Catalyst has been great, the staff is amazing especially the front desk staff! I would resign again if the rent makes sense otherwise I might have to look for some other building to sign.

It's a nice building, with good amenities for a mid-rise. Staff is great and residents aren't too noisy. Only drawback is its price has increased relative to existing buildings as well as the many new places opening nearby.

it's great! everyone is friendly and always works hard to keep this place in the best shape! the front desk is really nice and whenever we need something fixed in our apartment, they always come the next day to get it done right the first time.

The community is wonderful at The Catalyst. The front desk staff and the maintenance crew are very friendly, professional and quick to help with anything. They made me feel right at home when I first moved in. The amenities are beautiful and always clean. Very satisfied with my decision to move here.

The building has a lot of nice amenities and the staff is very nice. West loop is great for the commute to work. There a lot of events managed by the building. The events at the Catalyst are great, but the offsite events are sometimes not well organized.

Everyone that works here is so friendly! We toured multiple properties in the west loop and we fell in love with the atmosphere and culture that the Catalyst provides. We are so excited to be living here!

Good quality finishes, nice layout, great amenities (I.e. gym and pool), great service from the staff. My only suggestion would be to install a sauna to make this place top-notch. Didn't meet many people, since people keep to themselves quite a bit.
