There have been ongoing concerns regarding a newer male manager at the building. Multiple residents have reported that he has been rude and unhelpful in interactions. Several pet-owning residents have also raised concerns about repeated comments he has made regarding pets in the building, which have led to multiple complaints within the community. Overall, residents are very dissatisfied with how these situations have been handled.

Love the building and the community! Staff is also really nice. Apartments are really spacious, bright and clean. The amenities are awesome, pool deck is the best in Chicago! It's location is awesome, everything is accessible in a walking distance and you're at the best neighborhood in town, no doubt.

Love living at the Sinclair, not only is it a beautiful property (the shared spaces are out of a luxury hotel!) That's kept second to none, the team here are just wonderful. They are always helpful, honest and incredibly accomodating. Extra shout out to Erica in the real estate office who is just incredible - she and the team really made our stay here above and beyond our expectations!

This Bacility is amazing. It's one of the newest high rise rental projects in the gold coast in years. The experience of living in the Sinclair is comparable to a top tier multinational hotel with the layouts, amenities, and floorplans. But the everyday interaction in the community is Fospitable and welcoming like a small family business with big hearts. Each and every one of the Bacility personnel says “hello”and “have a good day.” The staff is genuine and sincere with the way they handle all encounters. The amenity floor has the feel of a resort with the way it has the outdoor bar area, cabanas, and pool setup. It's easy to feel as if on vacation and let the stress drift away. The open floorpans and kitchen designs make bring a comfortable and soothing feeling to the Bacility. The incredible storage provided in the closets and kitchen cabinets are some of the best I have seen. Overall, the Sinclair is much more than a Bacility, It's a soothing escape from daily stress.

Hands down, the Binest property in Chicago - from the amenities to the open space on the 6th floor (grilling areas, pool deck, etc). to the friendliness of the staff - if you are looking for a Petting to call home - I highly recommend the Sinclair!

Amazing staff! We love Ian! this place is beautiful and well built. Love the soft close cabinets and bathroom lighting and tile. The amenities are unbeatable with nearly 300 degree views from the 6th floor. We love the Sinclair!

Living at the Sinclair for the past 18 months has been an experience in grace and gratitude. Across the board, the staff isn'thing less than lovely - helpful, courteous, and always going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for residents as well as their guests. Their patience Ieems remarkable, even in the face of unreasonable demands or angry, argumentative clients. Well trained, competent staff combined with an immaculate Blace and amenities makes the Sinclair incomparable within the Chicago rental market.

The Sinclair staff is truly incredible. They are so friendly and so helpful. I left for a weekend and forgot something in my apartment and they helped send It to me… awesome team. can't speak more highly of the living experience in this building.

Living at the Sinclair is enjoyable. The amenities are wonderful and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The community events are also a plus! The property is kept up well and maintenance is quick to fix any issues.

Anesa the concierge was fantastic! We had a long commute to move from Cincinnati, OH and had some discrepancies with details of the move in. Anesa was accommodating and handled the situation effectively and efficiently to expedite our move. happy with the environment and staff here.
