I have lived here 14 years and have seen this property evolve. The units are gorgeous and spacious, the concierges and building engineers are professional and friendly, and the Bozzuto property management is very responsive to resident needs and concerns. Jessica Greenway always goes above and beyond in bringing new services and planning community events to increase resident engagement! Cant imagine living anywhere else!

This whole transition was smooth and fast. Katie was outstanding and such a big help. I applied and was approved in less than 30 minutes. From the start to finish Katie and Monica made sure I was accommodated. I was so excited to move and call Roosevelt collection my new home.

The staff are very professional, kind, and helpful. Especially Yasmine she was the best! The apartments are gorgeous and the rooftop is lovely can’t wait for the weather to get better. The fitness room has everything you need and spotless. I moved in from New Orleans and l was accommodated with in days. Yasmine continued to work with me so everything would go smoothly! And l was able to bring my dog! There are so many places l can walk my pet. If you are looking for a great place to call home come to Roosevelt Collection Lofts.

My partner and I love living here! The staff is great, amenities are great, and it’s super clean! The best part is the 24/7 reception security, we don’t feel like our safety is ever in question, which was really important to us.

Love all of the staff, everyone is so kind and amazing. Efficient, professional, and very timely. The neighborhood is really wonderful and things are so tidy as well. This is the place to be if you want to be close to the city and have everything accessible to you!

Great place to live. Management is great, maintenance is fast, the front desk is responsive. Rameez who works in the east building is cordial knows residents by name. The package concierge is the sweetest. I love the monthly free food. Also, I love the movie ticket discounts. It could only be better if there were better amenities. The gym could use a peloton.

I’ve lived at the Roosevelt Collection since 2015 and could not imagine living anywhere else in Chicago. The units are quiet and I never hear my neighbors. I love the new building entry system. It’s easy to send a digital pass to friends. The staff and maintenance team are wonderful. All of them know me and my dogs.

Moving from Naperville, had a great tour here. The apartments are super spacious, but the location just wasn't it for me. If I am moving to the city I want to be able to walk everywhere, and this is more of a commuters paradise than downtown living. Regardless, Katie was so sweet and personable.
